Richard “Rocket-Rick” Normand is a member of Los Varanos.

• Also called Risikofaktor-Raketen-Rick.

• Valued member of Rod Ross' mafia gang. He's the one organising the rocket for making the Death Note untrackable in canon.

• He offensively brags about working at NASA even though he was just a janitor or something. Still, he has huge knowledge about literal rocket-science, all self-taught. He nicks a shitton of materials and tools at his time working there.

• Had a mousetail at some point but Mello made one scorching comment on it and he cut it off.

• Wears crocs, drinks Bud Light and rolls his own cigs and they're the worst smelling cigs you have ever smelt they're so strong.

• Buddies with Kal Snyder. They bonded over their hatred for Mello. (shipping name #Snickerocket, spread the word)

• Mello hates them both with passion.

• Matt idolises Rick, big fan, thinks he‘s the coolest ever and got a sick style. Mello smacks him every time Matt says it out loud. Matt and Rick show up in the same outfit one day and Mello makes Matt go change and makes him burns the whole thing.
